Seniors Condo Bathroom Renovation
What do I do with my small bathroom!? A question we get quite often and there is no “one size fits all” solution.

Thankfully because of an unused closet behind the shower we were able to make this room just a bit bigger! We gutted everything and removed the wall between the two rooms.
We started by building a fully custom tile shower with a bench. Details matter, so we left a half wall beside the vanity to make the room visually feel bigger and finished it off with a custom built vanity and new vinyl plank flooring.
