However, let’s make a long story short. We removed the old kitchen cabinetry. Removed the ensuite vanity, marble tub and corner shower. Removed the main bath vanity and tile surround (BUT kept the existing jet tub). Removed flooring everywhere, baseboard everywhere, doors.. You guessed it! EVERYWHERE. The main floor was a ghost town.

Then we brought in the sparkly things! New doors, new baseboard, new flooring! Custom built kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. The ensuite got a new custom vanity, soaker tub and a corner shower with custom tile walls. The half bath also received a new vanity and new tile walls to fit the jet tub that we saved! 🙂

New lighting and paint throughout and some fully custom arched mirrors in the ensuite were just a few of the finishing touches to bring this home into the modern era!
